NOW IT’S TIME TO LEARN YOUR A, B, C’S

From the time we were born, we have been learning and growing. Success is about using what we learned in our early years to shape our future. The most fundamental and important exercise was the introduction of Learning our A,B,C’s.

During this presentation we go back to our school days and examine the negative letters that cause us to dissolve. And then marvel at the success, prosperity and fulfilment of the five letters that can help us to evolve.

This one hour workshop will leave the audience with the tools to overcome adversities in business and life.

CORPORATE X’S AND O’S

A healthy workforce is critical to the long-term business success of any company. Your workers need to be as healthy as possible to maximise productivity potential and ensure continued and developing levels of output. Exercise and belief are two of the main contributors to the rebuilding of endorphin and encephalin levels in the brain. Therefore it makes tremendous sense to build our EAP around the combination of these two elements.

This is a flexible program allowing individuals to drive their level of input. Employees are comfortable, and non-threatened - they enjoy a sense of belonging while their health, fitness and mental aptitude all improve.

Corporate X’s and O’s also helps deal with stress, feeling alive and knowing they are giving their best to their team mates and themselves. Its focus is on attitude, teamwork and leadership, and incorporates both mental and physical exercises.

This program can be tailored to suit any company and for best results a half or full day booking is highly recommended.

PUMP UP THE BALL

In this world of constant change, the learning of new skills, the rising cost of housing, cars and education, we sometimes forget to put air in the ball.

Imagine trying to kick a goal with a flat footy? Shooting a three point shot with an airless ball? Or driving a golf ball without it’s core?

If you’re flat, unenthused and feeling overwhelmed, what you need is a quick burst of fresh air. Just like an athlete replenishes the body with Gatorade, so should you when your batteries are flat!

Experience the one-hour Revitalization Program – ‘THE WOW FACTOR’ - An intense, highly charged presentation guaranteed to motivate and bring a renewed sense of purpose and energy back into your organization.

STAND TALL AND TALK THE TALK AND WALK THE WALK

As a speaker, my diverse skills and motivational presentations can be delivered in many different forms. They needn’t be complex or overly formal. I enjoy interaction that a small group discussion and workshops offer.

This presentation style allows the staff to be more involved, less threatened and to take great ownership of the program for their lives. You will grow in statue and confidence, enabling you to talk the talk and walk the walk.

PRESENTATION OPTIONS:

Lunch and Learn is a fantastic way to communicate topics in a relaxed environment over lunch with a group discussing desired topics, allowing time for questions. This is a great rapport builder.

Workshops and Brainstorming will bring the individuals into the heart of the discussion. Staff will be encouraged and feel comfortable to contribute. This forum is a terrific way for staff to leave feeling valued as an integral member of the team.

Larger Group Forums offer the value of everyone hearing the same message at the same time. Vision, motivation, inspiration are dynamically communicated from this platform. Organizational pride and a sense of belonging can often be better imparted to a larger audience. Everyone desires to be part of something bigger than themselves.

Family Sessions are an awesome way for the company to actively demonstrate their level of care. Inviting family members, particularly teens to hear the anti drug and alcohol message presented positively. The passion to see families strong and united to fight this destructive problem can and should be shared.

DON’T FOUL OUT

It’s the final minute of the game in the fourth quarter. You and your team have worked hard for years to win the championship. All you have to do is take care of the ball. Be sensible. Don’t take any unnecessary risks or chances. Be a leader – not a follower.

BEEP!!!

The referee has just blown the whistle. You just committed your 6th foul. You are out of the game. You just blew your chances for victory and success.

SOUND FAMILIAR!!!

Every year thousands of year 12 students head to schoolies week to celebrate the culmination of adulthood, independence, achievement and advancement. But unfortunately a lot of them foul out with the rules of the game that lead them down their road to success.

This is a ‘not to be missed’ presentation for every year 12 student leaving school. In one hour, this thought provoking session could be the difference between success and future regret. Dreams are restored. Goals are realized. Transformation is complete.
