[ Book this Speaker ]

Profile

Cyndi O’Meara lives on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast with her husband and three children. In every aspect of this author’s life she looks outside conventional thinking and seeks a new way of looking at things.

Cyndi and her husband of 18 years, Howard, step outside the box of convention, they home schooled their children for three years, they challenge conventional health practices and have learnt to work smarter not harder to create financial freedom and a lifestyle envied by many .

Cyndi is not your typical nutritionist. She disagrees with low fat, low calorie diets, she thinks chocolate can be good for you, coffee is not so bad, she loves butter and thinks that cheating and eating yummy foods is all part of a good balanced diet.

Cyndi’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Nutrition from Deakin University in Victoria and University of Colorado in Boulder Colorado, postgraduate studies in human anatomy, and diplomas in diagnosis and management of health issues. She regularly writes for magazines, newspapers and appears on radio. Cyndi has been a guest on many television shows and a presenter on the lifestyle show Peak Health and Fitness.

Since the international and national success of her two books Changing Habits, Changing Lives, Companion Cookbook, Audio Program and being named Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year, Cyndi has been in demand both nationally and internationally as a keynote speaker and now spends time traveling advocating her approach to wholistic health and well-being
