About the Conference Speakers Australia Team.

Malcolm McLeod

Malcolm McLeod the Teambuilding King, has spent the last fifteen years developing and presenting fun, informative, indoor and outdoor team building programs with a guiding philosophy that any programme without immediate positive work and home applications is just an indulgence. Malcolm's major strength is large group facilitation, indoors or outdoors.

Malcolm also worked as a counselor at Long Bay Gaol where he sharpened his communication skills via facilitating group therapy sessions for maximum-security inmates. This sparked his interest in the science of handwriting analysis and group facilitation.

Now, after twenty years of studying graphology, Malcolm has produced a live seminar that humorously but potently unveils the character traits that are revealed in your handwriting. The seminar also shows you how to interpret other people's writing and find out what they are really like!

Petr Tichy

Petr heads our film and editing team. He stays up late at nigh on conferences editing footage so that it can be played as a conference energizer the next morning.

Petr has extensive international experience in television and film production and he worked in video and multimedia productions for several years. He has worked as a Director, DOP, leading camera operator and post-production supervisor for several music videos (DJ Barabass & the Happy Few - Norway, Blue Label Band - Australia, daniel b. - Norway), documentaries (The Battle of Brisbane) and TV programs (On the Map).

Petr is experienced in many aspects of the film and video shooting, editing and visual effects. He has worked in the feature film and television visual effects company PHOTON (Warner Brothers Film Studios, Oxenford) on productions such as Peter Pan and Anacondas.

He is also a winner of the Macromedia Award for "BEST DIGITAL MEDIA WORK 2002" and winner of The Ipswich Festival 2004 for "BEST ANIMATION".
